Rejected Application Review
Rejected Application Review
Description
Description
This option is for those who have submitted an application for a Study Permit, Work Permit or Visit Visa and believe that IRCC has refused their application incorrectly or want to understand why their application was refused.
Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant will review your refusal letter and all of the relevant supporting documents and application forms to assist you in determining if a second application could be successful. This is not for those who want to apply for a Judicial Review by the Federal Court. This is only for those who want to further understand the refusal of their application to see if Judicial Review would be an option or want to submit a new application.
Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant will provide a written review of their findings. You will be required to share all of your completed application forms, supporting documents, refusal letter and GCMS notes (if available).
*The review will only be for applications and supporting documents that are in English or if the documents have been translated into English. Unfortunately, we cannot do reviews for supporting documents that are in French.
What’s included - Report
You will be provided with your written report within 7-10 business days advising you of any mistakes in the application forms, the quality of the supporting documents and advice regarding what you can do to strengthen your application and let you know if you are missing any documentation and whether you should resubmit the application (7-10 business days are counted from the day we have received all requested documents).
